Dust Removal Equipment
Gas-solid separation and ducted collection
Brochure PDF page 14
Supporting VOC treatment, catalytic combustion, adsorption and dust collection equipment.
The environmental equipment series covers dust removal, ventilation, washed spray towers, activated carbon adsorption, catalytic combustion, zeolite rotor concentration and waste gas incineration. Wastewater treatment has its own product page.
Treatment performance and emissions compliance depend on the actual exhaust composition, flow rate, local standards and approved process design.

These are the engineering modules to review for this type of system. Final configuration follows the approved project scope.
Hoods and ducting collect emissions at the process source based on actual airflow needs.
Dry filtration, spray washing or other pretreatment protects downstream equipment.
Activated carbon or concentration concepts can be evaluated for the exhaust condition.
Catalytic combustion, RTO or other oxidation concepts are selected through engineering review.
System resistance, materials and routing are coordinated with the factory layout.
Operating status, alarms and interlocks support coordinated system operation.
These are design inputs, not a fixed model specification. No standard dimensions, capacities or performance figures are asserted without a confirmed project drawing and calculation.
| Exhaust composition | Measured or supplied by the customer for process selection |
|---|---|
| Air volume and concentration | Confirmed from operating conditions and design review |
| Treatment route | Selected from the actual exhaust and project requirements |
| Emissions target | Defined by the destination project's applicable local limits |
| Utilities and controls | Agreed for the plant supply, operation and monitoring needs |
The customer and engineering team confirm the destination country, installation site, applicable laws and standards, technical parameters and acceptance criteria in the signed project documents. Custom design does not by itself establish certification or legal compliance.
Discuss the workpiece, substrate and finish with our team. These application areas are planning examples; the gallery photos may show other configurations.
Selected photos from the supplied product image library. These views may represent different projects and configurations.
These classified equipment photographs come from the supplied image library. Customer identity, installation date and process settings are not yet verified as case-study data.
